“Many people in business are in love with numbers, but true success comes when you start loving your customers.
The MVK team creates a service that you want to pay for. This is a skill that should be developed by anyone who strives for high quality and trust.”
— Victoria Kolodiy, MVK Founder
MVK was founded in 2013 by Victoria Kolodiy, a nail industry expert and practicing manicurist with over 20 years of experience.
Victoria created not just a salon business, but an ethical workshop focused on safety, hygiene, customer care, and high aesthetics of the process.
From the very beginning, MVK was built as a space where the main thing is a service that you want to pay for, not money as an end in itself.
This approach became the basis for the formation of the first gender-neutral network of nail aesthetics studios in Ukraine, which is now being scaled up in Europe, entering the American market and forming a new culture of service and ethics in the beauty industry.
MVK Today
The three letters MVK have become a symbol of quality, ethics, innovation and service of a new generation.
Details matter — attention to every detail. This is the main principle by which MVK works: from the selection of specialists to the experience of each visitor.
