SELF CATERING

The option of self catering means that a client all by himself has a possibility to grab the drinks available in the bar menu 

CHILDLIKE MANICURE 

MVK specialists provide a service of manicure with cuticles trimmed for the clients elder than 14 years, covering with gel polish for the clients elder than 18 years. The persons who have not reached the years of 14 / 18, the services are providing against presentation of agreement and written permission by parents or caretakers. 

DESIGNS 

The service of designing is not included in the cost of gel polish and is about to be paid in addition depending on complexity of the design. 

GUARANTEES 

MVK team is fully responsible for the services providing with the specialists and guarantees the highest quality. In the case of damaging or discoloring gel polish we propose the time slot appropriate for a client to remake the gel polish. 

TIME LAG 

If a client is have been late for 10-25 minutes a specialist is in time to provide one color gel polish. 

If the time lag is about 30-40 minutes a specialist can refuse in providing a service fully in accordance with the booking. 

DEFAULT IN PROVING A SERVICE

A specialist has a right to refuse in providing services in the cases if:

• this threatens his health; 
• this threatens client’s health;
• this lies outside the sphere of specialist’s competency
